To scale effectively, Svatantra required a solution to integrate and centralize policies while ensuring strict compliance, enabling a fully digital and cashless experience for their clients.
Celusion’s DECIDE – Decisioning Automation Platform was integrated with Svatantra’s digital onboarding system to provide a centralized approach to policy management. DECIDE allowed Svatantra to streamline and automate policy updates across all branches, providing version control and allowing immediate, organization-wide policy changes. The platform’s versioning capability enabled Svatantra’s team to monitor policy updates for compliance, track changes by timestamp, and swiftly implement updates without impacting existing workflows.
In 2017, Svatantra launched Saathi, a digital application for end-to-end cashless disbursements, facilitated by DECIDE’s seamless policy integration.
By adopting DECIDE, Svatantra achieved:
